Decking

Decking has become very popular and for good reason, not only can it be a stylish replacement for the traditional paved patio, it can be used to overcome a difficult site without the need for retaining walls and expensive preparation.

Because every site is different we recommend having a FREE survey and quotation, then we can talk you through the best layout for your property.

We construct our decking using pressure treated timber throughout giving a design life of at least 15 years.

Generally we use grooved boards that have good non-slip properties and form a decorative finish.

If you would prefer, we can also quote for composite deck boards or hardwood decking.

There are a large range of handrails and handrail panels available to compliment the deck, details of which can be talked through during our survey of your site.

Raised decks

Arranged here some samples of the many raised decks we've constructed most of which were required to solve a particular problem such as a steeply sloping site or terraced garden with no main seating area.

Handrails are an essential safety feature of a raised deck.

Ground level decks

Ground level decks work well leading out from a conservatory or to form a nice seating area in the corner of the garden.

Handrails can still be used to enhance the look of the deck.

Curved edges and differing patterns can also be a way of adding more style to the deck.
